QUICK BOOKING FACTS YOU NEED TO KNOW :

Standard Delivery Day is Friday anytime during daylight hours - Pickup Monday anytime during daylight hours. On fully booked weekends we will split delivery days and deliver some units on Thursday. If your event is on a delivery day you must let us know ahead of time so that we can put you on route accordingly.

We use a third-party delivery service he will contact you the week of your delivery to let you know where you fall on his route. He will be your point of contact for your full service period.

The $50 Booking fee is due to reserve it is not a deposit, it's in addition to the price shown - the total is due the week of. You will receive an automatic invoice the week of with the total of the unit.

IMPORTANT RENTAL INFORMATION:

By purchasing and/or using this inflatable rental, the renter accepts all responsibility for supervision and safe operation of the equipment during the rental period. Adult supervision is required at ALL times while children are using the inflatable.

Use of the inflatable is at the renter’s own risk. Children should follow all safety rules including no rough play, flips, climbing on netting/walls, wrestling, or unsafe sliding/jumping behaviors.

C4 is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use, lack of supervision, overcrowding, weather conditions, or failure to follow safety guidelines.

Do not use during high winds, rain, lightning, or severe weather conditions.
